This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Services, which is operated by Smart Property Project (“SPP”). All personal information obtained from you in connection with your use of the Services will be managed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

•Definition of Personal Information
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, personal information is defined as any personal information that could be used to directly identify you (including your telephone number and email address), and other information pertaining specifically to you that is in SPP’s possession (including usage history and fees).
All personal information obtained from you through the Services will be stored with the same level of confidentiality at which SPP stores its own business-related confidential information. All other information that may, when combined with other information, constitute personal information as defined above, even when it alone cannot be used to directly identify you, will be subject to the same handling.

1. Personal Information Collected From or Provided by You
SPP asks all of its users to provide personal information when submitting inquiries concerning the use of the Services. All personal information collected in connection with the Services is managed and administered by SPP.
The personal information with which SPP is entrusted in connection with the Services may be stored in part or in whole on servers, etc., contracted by SPP.

2. Use of Collected Personal Information
Any personal information collected by SPP, including any information that you supply such as when submitting an inquiry to SPP regarding the Services, will be used only in connection with services provided by SPP. Said information will never be shared or combined with any other information with which SPP has been entrusted, including any personal information supplied in connection with any other service operated by SPP.

The purposes for which SPP may use your personal information are as follows. Your personal information will never be used for any other purpose.
a. In order to handle disputes or litigation, etc.
b. In order to provide customer support and other after-sales service
c. In order ascertain trends, detect bugs, and gather other supplementary data relating to the use of the Services (does not apply to information that may be used to identify any individual)
d. In order to link with other services (does not apply to information that may be used to identify any individual)

3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
SPP will not disclose to any third party any information, in part or in whole, pertaining to any service, correspondence, or other support on the part of SPP that you have requested unless requested to do so by a government agency with the authority to make such a request under an applicable law or regulation, etc., in which case SPP may disclose your information as required without your consent.

4. Modifications to the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is a declaration of the method by which SPP manages users’ personal information, and of SPP’s approach to said management. SPP may revise and/or amend the contents of this Privacy Policy for reasons such as changes to the nature of its business. In such cases, SPP will notify users of the details of the revisions in advance of the new Privacy Policy contents coming into effect.
